Tickets for this year’s Journo Resources conference on fake news and the media industry are on sale, after figures revealed last year’s saw the biggest ever turnout for a JR talk.

Speaking from his podium at Journo Resources Tower, Press Secretary Sean Spicey said of the 2016 Journo Resources talk: “This was the largest audience to ever witness a Journo Resources talk, period.”

After several people disputed the very existence of a 2016 talk, JR editor Jemyanne Collinsway clarified the claim, saying they had provided “alternative facts.”

The controversy rages on, however tickers for the newest Journo Resources talk are on sale now for just £5.

With a panel featuring James Ball of Buzzfeed, Alastair Reed of First Draft and Megan Lucero, formerly of the Times now of the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, the event promises to be a fantastic evening.

It is being held at City University, from 6.30pm on Wednesday, 1 March.
